Rachael Marie Piunno

Rachael joined a gym at 29 with a simple goal and discovered a passion that changed her entire life. She went on to compete in bodybuilding, coach marathon runners, cycle across Oahu and help countless people build strength through fitness and nutrition.

She’s now a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, strength coach, cycle instructor, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor, with advanced training in prenatal, postnatal and peri-menopause fitness and performance.

Rachael founded Active Balance to help people feel strong, confident and capable through personalized coaching that supports real life. Her approach blends science-backed training, sustainable nutrition and a deep belief that strength builds from the inside out.
